At Elemental 5, coaches do more than teach movement. They help students build strength, adaptability, courage, awareness, and mastery through acrobatics, parkour, trampoline, aerial, and ninja-style training.
If you are considering joining our team, start by understanding the standard.
A coaching role at Elemental 5 means helping kids grow through movement. Some days that means teaching a cartwheel, spotting a skill, running a warm-up, managing a group, or helping a nervous student try again.
You do not need to know everything on day one. But you do need to care about learning, leading, and becoming the kind of person students can trust.
Safety, consistency, boundaries, rhythm, and trust. Earth is the coach’s ability to create a stable training environment.
Patience, responsiveness, and the ability to adjust to the student, the drill, and the room in front of you.
Energy, courage, leadership, and the ability to bring the room alive without losing control.
Observation, timing, communication, and the ability to see what is happening in the whole room.
The ability to bring structure, adaptability, presence, and awareness together in real time.
We are looking for people willing to become coaches — people who can learn, lead, receive feedback, and take responsibility for the energy they bring into a room.
You can be warm, clear, playful, and firm when needed.
You do not need to arrive polished. You do need to be coachable.
E5 classes need energy that is alive, safe, focused, and human.
Skills matter. But the student becoming stronger matters more.
Good coaches stay students. They refine how they speak, move, lead, and teach.
Coaching here means becoming someone others can rely on.
You will learn through real classes, observation, feedback, and direct coaching moments.
Coaches grow from assistant roles toward technical coaching, lead coaching, and culture-carrying leadership.
You will develop the ability to teach progressions, manage energy, run stations, and keep students safe.
Our private coach space holds program guides, skill breakdowns, class tools, and the deeper knowledge behind E5.
E5 is not simply filling shifts. We are building a serious local training culture for kids and families.
